Instructions to Receive Research Support

Register with Vicinities; our forum provider.
This will allow you to interact with our website. Please join
in on any chat or discussion that may interest you; we can learn
from each others experiences.
- Fill out the Pedigree Questionaire before making an appointment
with one of our research helpers. This information is very important
to us if we are going to be able to assist with helping you with
your family history research. You can find the link to this questionaire
on our Vicinities site once you register.
- View the Calendar. The available time blocks for appointments
are posted on the Vicinities Calendar. Please email us at familyhistorysolutions@armstrongenterprises.com
with several choices for desired appointment times. (Please limit
your appointments to 1 hour time blocks and 1 hour per week).
You will receive appointment confirmations via email.
- Use Vicinities Messenger, and receive your free online
assistance through one-on-one chat sessions. Your email confirmation
will give you the user name of your research helper for each particular
time block.
